Compliance & Responsible Sourcing
Turco & Co applies proportionate commercial diligence before introductions. This page describes our approach — it is not legal advice and does not replace your own compliance programme.

Know-your-counterparty
We review company identity, contact consistency, and commercial plausibility of submissions. We may request registration documents, references, or additional information before proceeding. Approval of a file is an internal commercial step — not a credit rating, audit certification, or guarantee of counterparty performance.
Sanctions and restricted parties
Where legally permitted and technically feasible, we may screen parties against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists. Screening is not exhaustive of all global requirements. Parties remain responsible for their own sanctions compliance and export controls.
Documentation and traceability
We encourage specification sheets, origin records, sustainability certificates (e.g. ISCC, REDcert where relevant), and shipping documents when available. We do not independently certify material quality unless separately agreed in writing with appointed inspectors.
Refusal and escalation
We may decline, pause, or terminate a relationship if documentation is insufficient, information appears inconsistent, or compliance risk is unacceptable. Report concerns to trading@turcoandco.com with subject "Compliance".
