Sanctions, export or import controls, classification, destination acceptance and logistics constraints are considered according to the transaction.
Decision and escalation
Missing, inconsistent or high-risk evidence can pause or stop a file. Final compliance, legal and contractual responsibility remains with the parties and their advisers.
