Know-your-counterparty
The review can cover legal identity, authorised contact, ownership information where relevant, commercial role and the consistency of the submission. Additional evidence may be requested as the file develops.
Sanctions and restricted parties
Parties, origins, destinations, goods and routes may require sanctions, restricted-party or export-control checks. The scope depends on the transaction and applicable rules.
Documentation and traceability
Specifications, origin records, analyses, certification and chain-of-custody evidence are reviewed where relevant to the product and claimed use. Independent sampling or inspection may be required for the transaction.
Transaction diligence and escalation
Payment, title, logistics, inspection and documentary risks are considered in proportion to the file. Unexpected bank changes, unverifiable documents or inconsistent company information can pause the process. Report concerns to trading@turcoandco.com with subject "Compliance".
