Nature of our service

Turco & Co operates as a commercial intermediary and brokerage desk for physical commodities. We qualify submissions, may introduce suppliers and buyers, and may assist with coordination when separately agreed. We are not the seller or buyer of goods unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not hold inventory as principal, act as carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse operator, bank, payment agent, or quality certifier.

No offer; no guarantee

Website content, market indications, and desk communications are informational and do not constitute a binding offer, bid, or commitment to trade. We do not guarantee that any submission will be matched, that any transaction will complete, or any particular price, margin, or timeline. Outcomes depend on counterparties, documentation, market conditions, and separate contracts.

Commission and remuneration

Turco & Co may be remunerated through commission or brokerage fees under a separate written agreement with the relevant party. Submitting a form is free and creates no obligation. Any rate, trigger, payment term and currency is defined only in the applicable agreement.

Your obligations

You must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information. You remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance, export/import controls, sanctions, tax, licences, and contractual performance in your jurisdiction. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or submission of false documents. We may refuse or terminate processing of any file at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turco & Co shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the site or any introduction. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the commission actually received by Turco & Co from you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no commission was received.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turco & Co, its owners, and staff against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, inaccurate submissions, or violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the service.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Turco & Co or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Media International Free Zone (SHAMS), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable to you. We may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction for misuse of the site or confidential information.

Free zone regulation

Startbiz LLC operates under SHAMS Free Zone licence number 2218328.01. The scope of permitted activity is defined by the SHAMS Free Zone Authority. Any representation outside that scope requires separate written authorisation.

Sanctions and restricted parties

Parties, origins, destinations, goods and routes may require sanctions, restricted-party or export-control checks. We may suspend or refuse a file at any stage if a party, route or product appears prohibited or inconsistent with applicable rules.

No solicitation

Nothing on this site constitutes a solicitation of business in a jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the site is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the site applies from its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
