Turco & Co operates as a commercial intermediary and broker. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we are not the seller or buyer of goods, do not act as carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse operator, bank, payment agent, inspector, or guarantor of performance.

Introductions and coordination do not transfer title, risk, or contractual obligations to Turco & Co. Contracts for sale of goods are between supplier and buyer.

Website content, desk communications, and market references are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer, bid, price quote, or commitment to trade. We do not guarantee matching, transaction completion, pricing, margins, timelines, or regulatory approvals.

Outcomes depend on counterparties, documentation, market conditions, and separate contracts signed by the parties.

Turco & Co is remunerated through commission or brokerage fees on executed transactions as defined in a separate written commission, brokerage, or NCNDA agreement. Submitting forms is free. No commission is due if no qualifying transaction completes. Rates and payment terms appear only in those separate agreements.

Parties may be asked to sign confidentiality and commission terms before detailed commercial exchange.

You must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information. You remain solely responsible for export/import controls, sanctions compliance, tax, licences, quality claims, and contractual performance.

You must not submit false documents, impersonate others, scrape the site, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access and report concerns where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turco & Co is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, business, or data arising from site use or any introduction. Aggregate liability is limited to commission actually received from you in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD if none — unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You agree to indemnify Turco & Co against claims arising from your breach, inaccurate submissions, or violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to you.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the site. Continued use may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
