01
Who we work with
The desk reviews files from producers, collectors, processors, recyclers, refiners, traders and relevant mandate holders. The commercial role and authority to offer the material must be clear.
Company size is not the first filter. A precise product description, credible volume and consistent information matter more.
02
Start with the material
State the exact commodity and grade, current specification, origin, physical location, available volume and any recurring capacity. Include recent photos or analysis when they materially help describe the lot.
A message saying only “product available” is not enough to approach a professional buyer.
03
Set out the commercial basis
Include the loading point, proposed Incoterm, shipment window, working price or reference basis, payment expectation and inspection possibilities.
If the file changes, update the volume, specification, location and validity before it is discussed further.
04
Documentation in stages
Initial review should use enough information to establish that the company and material are credible. Sensitive contracts, full customer lists or banking documents are not required simply to send a first offer.
More detailed company, traceability, certification, title, export or inspection records may be requested as genuine buyer interest and transaction risk justify them.
05
What happens next
The desk reviews the offer, identifies gaps and considers whether a relevant buyer requirement exists. If the files align, Turco & Co prepares a focused commercial introduction and follows the open points through execution.
