Commercial information you submit: commodity, volumes, specifications, origin, logistics preferences, and documents you attach or reference. Technical data: IP address, browser type, logs, and cookies necessary for security and site operation.
Callback requests
When you submit a call back request, we collect your name, email, phone, company, country and any message you provide. The legal basis is your consent. The data is retained for two years for follow-up, audit and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised. You may withdraw consent or request erasure at any time by emailing trading@turcoandco.com.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to qualify and follow up commercial submissions, introduce counterparties when appropriate, perform compliance screening where permitted, communicate about your file, and meet legal obligations.
