figures は interchangeable ではない。biomass throughput は biorefinery intake；SAF capacity は configuration が target する SAF 量。seller が SAF batch に直接 sell することは rare だが distinction は Italian buyer が generic biodiesel ester plant より tight contaminant limit を求める理由。

Italian biorefinery は receiving side。contract named destination が arrival date eligible receive 確認、Asia 等 origin establishment は early approval/registration 開始—procedure length は exporting country authority 次第、vessel sail 後 discover 不可。
