Download indicative TDS ↓A specification is the starting point
The downloadable technical sheet sets out indicative procurement targets for FFA, combined moisture/impurities/volatiles, sulphur and iodine value. It is intended for an initial technical discussion. It contains no measured lot results, inventory availability or certification statement. Receiving specifications, test methods and acceptance limits must be agreed before purchase.
Operator identity and certificate scope
Request the contracting entity's registration details and the applicable operator certificates. Check the legal name, certificate number, validity dates, issuing body and activity scope. For a trader without storage, confirm the relevant trader scope. A certificate belonging to a supplier does not certify every other participant in the transaction.
Quality evidence tied to a lot
A representative sample and an independent certificate of analysis must identify the lot, sampling date, tested parameters, units and methods. Review the relationship between the sample, the loading quantity and any sealed retained samples. An indicative technical sheet cannot substitute for this analysis.
Origin, sustainability and shipping records
Review waste-origin evidence, applicable sustainability declarations or proof of sustainability, and relevant transaction records. Reconcile quantities, counterparties and dates with the commercial invoice, loading records and bill of lading. Check the responsible parties' applicable UDB obligations separately from laboratory quality evidence.
